You are always going to meet funny, quirky, weird and friendly people on public transportation. There is this nice older lady who I see a lot on the bus. I've talked to her a couple times, and knows that I am a student and asks about my classes. Today she asked about finals, and I told her a little about what I'll be tested on this week.
She was just so friendly and cheerful and made me smile after a long day. The funny thing is that she always keeps on talking, like she is just starting a story, but I feel kind of bad because I'm at my stop to get off. And I tell her, sorry, but this is my stop. And then she's like oh okay, keep on smiling. While walking home, I couldn't help but smile to myself, and it just brightened up my day.
I feel like even a smile can cheer some one up, since you never really know how a person could be feeling inside. Without saying a word, a smile can give a person sunshine on a cloudy day, or even hope when things get really tough in life. For you could just help someone out by giving off a beautiful smile. For a beautiful smile opens up one's soul to others, and likewise the eyes are the window to the soul.
